1. Service description

Keoly AI is a digital platform that curates AI tools, daily intelligence radar, and a master prompt library for personal and professional development. Access may require registration and, for certain features, a paid subscription.

2. Permitted use

• Content is exclusively for personal, non-commercial use.
• Reproduction, distribution, or resale of any platform content is prohibited.
• Automated access (bots, scrapers) without express authorisation is not permitted.

3. Intellectual property

All Keoly AI content (curations, design, brand, code) is the property of Keoly or its licensors.

4. Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time from your profile. No refunds are issued for already-billed periods unless required by law.

5. Limitation of liability

Keoly AI provides content for informational and educational purposes. It does not guarantee specific results from use of the platform.

6. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms. We will notify you at least 15 days in advance of any substantial changes.

7. Applicable law

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals of Barcelona.
